Dunkeld Writers Festival is a not-for-profit celebration of stories, ideas and community.

Each year, we bring outstanding Australian writers, journalists, poets and thinkers to our remarkable regional town, creating opportunities for meaningful conversations that inspire, challenge and connect people of all ages. While ticket sales play an important role, they do not cover the full cost of delivering the Festival. Your donation helps us keep the Festival vibrant and accessible, supports regional audiences to engage with world-class writers, expands our schools program for local children, and ensures Dunkeld continues to be a place where stories are shared and ideas flourish.
